When most of the world's mightiest heroes are discovered to be missing or dead, it's up for a team of heroes to rise up and save lives when no one else can. Unfortunately, that team consists of angry, idiotic, and nonsensical losers who can barely take care of themselves from time to time. But they're our literal last hope, whether we like it or not, so we'll have to have faith that they'll do their best to save the world.
