The SCP Foundation is forced to go public, taking over the majority of the world's police force and accelerating human technology by funding companies like SpaceX and BTL co. They begin to hire Contractors to eliminate Persons of Interest in the name of safety. Crime is higher than it's ever been. Human technology is at it's peak, but for what does that matter with the state of the world?
