Kiro wakes up in a world where the kingdom was overthrown, and a new monarchy put together. Unhappy with how the new kingdom rules Kiro joins a Guild of mages to fight back against the new empire. He has one problem in his way though, and that is that magic will consume you over time. Will Kiro be able to defeat the new kingdom or will he be consumed by the magic that he himself was using?
