The story follows a high-stakes mission at a remote mountain lodge where a mysterious box is rumored to grant absolute power. Two elite spies, Kaito and Shiro, arrive under the cover of a storm, watching as a "target" falls victim to the box's curse, transforming into a savage werewolf. ​As chaos erupts, the sky shatters with a blinding white light—The Moonlight Rule.
