Ayden comes from humble roots, growing up with a band of orphans on the streets of Neotropolis. Forced into a life of crime at a young age to survive, Ayden is trying to gather enough resources for him and his best friend Axel to live. After acquiring a gem-laden belt he accidentally speaks a sacred phrase in his moment of need, and Suzaku the divine phoenix answers her unlikely wielder’s call.
