The government has created a huge dome to protect the wealthy from high radiation levels due to the bombing of the US pentagon. The dome contains no man made shelter, only a forest-like terrain that has a 2000 mile radius. About 10 percent of humanity are people with enhanced abilities. But, if they use their “abilities” they may turn critically insane, depending on how hard they push themselves. They are considering a danger and a threat. Will humanity survive?
