Radio host Evelyn McKinnon unwittingly becomes the guardian of her Appalachian town when she learns that the forest her station borders is teeming with supernatural abominations that have a habit of collecting the living. Their only deterrent is the radio signal - but can she keep it going forever without the forest taking hold of her as well?
