"The Marketplace" is a story of a boy who lives in the small village of Abingdon and a girl whose home she shares with her mother just outside of town so they may safely practice the family trade, magic. They cross paths and end up in a less the ideal predicament. Will friendship bloom through their adventure or will something more come to pass?
