It's 1842 somewhere in the southern states of America. After a hard day of work, a slave named Brooks becomes rebellious and a heated argument ensues between the master and his slaves. In his anger, the slave owner leaves the shed and forgets to lock the door. Knowing that he is out to get a weapon the slaves seize the opportunity and flee. They succeed but are now being searched for throughout the whole state. now they've nothing left, except a mysterious little sack they know nothing about.
