4 hallucinations. 6 Thoughts. And 1 Grey bunny guy. Straight randomness goes on in the mind of one girl. Weather the thoughts are beefing with the hallucinations, or someone has destroyed something, they all have their own jobs. The hallucinations just talk with the girl, to either annoy her, or just to start a conversation. The thoughts (depending on what kind) cause her to think of that particular subject. And the Grey bunny guy is that one friend that doesn't have a job.
