After the gods get into an argument split up, the leader of a group who wants to rewrite the universe steals the cores of the gods. Cosmos, the most powerful god, creates a team of magical girls in hopes of getting his powers back. Throughout the story, the Time Guardians will time travel for the sake of Cosmos and the universe.
