The series follows the day to day lives of two complete opposite roommates. Richard (Dick) is an arrogant, condescending jerk bent on world domination. Baker is a mellow, life-observing enjoyer of nature's herbs. They interact daily with other birds, humans, dogs, lizards and all manner of fictional characters.
