A boy named Vori is on his journey to become the best driver in existence, but cannot accomplish his dreams because a tyrannical ruler is now ruling the universe which has made transportation illegal and is now threatening to end humanity. It's up to he and his friends to take down someone exponentially more powerful than the human population combined even if it means breaking the law.
