Omono City is a place where memories dwell within the very air itself. When a person experiences intense anger, fear, or love in a specific spot, an "Echo" (a shadow of that memory) is left behind. While ordinary people cannot see them, Kaito is able to both perceive and control these Echoes through the lens of his vintage camera.
