In a world where there are two groups those that are insane verses the sane. The insane suffer from an unknown virus which cause schizophrenia and other unknown symptoms, the government had turned a blind eye to the matter and banished the insane to a abandoned city, the dead lands, while the sane get to live luxurious life's... But somethings are changing as there seems to be less and less people in the dead lands....
