In San Carlos City where it is Covid virus free, anyone thought everything was fine when later on it was only the beginning of an another virus outbreak. One day when Reulis, an ex-frontline worker found out that something was wrong to those who were vaccinated. A city where it was known for being a virus free place lies a swarm of zombies and supernatural being exists. It is Reulis' mission to find out who made the vaccines and put a stop on the ongoing virus outbreak.
