What happens when humanity has been gone for a long time? Waking up in an icy forest, one nameless creature (an amalgamation of metal and flesh) wonders a strange world. Curious about other living beings, he comes to find that these seem to have a surprisingly high amount of intelligence for being considered animals. Slowly, through exploration, the nameless creature discovers the long-forgotten hidden truth about the world and its past. Lifespan tells a story about what it means to be alive.
